Silver Sea Media is a private SME business supporting the market information and technology to the farmers of Myanmar especially in Livestock and Aquaculture.

Silver Sea Media is sharing knowledge and information by publications and on the social media.

The Publications

Silver Sea Media the publisher of Silver Sea Journal (Myanmar Livestock, Fishery and Agriculture Journal). The first publication was on 7thDecember 2005. Silver Sea Journal is one and only livestock and fishery oriented regular publication which publishes monthly in Myanmar. We publish 3000 copies monthly through the subscribing and free circulations. The subscribers can get the publications through post and courier service. The stake holders of livestock and aquaculture such as exporters, importers, distributors and whole sales, manufacturers and feed mill owners are getting the publication. The free circulations are for the small farmers, they can get it at their nearest feed and animal health products shop. The farmers from more than 20 towns can get the Silver Sea Journal.

Silver Sea Media – also published ‘’Myanmar Livestock and Fishery Directory” annually since 2007. This publication is famous in Myanmar livestock and fishery sector. The person who is looking for the suppliers or nearest shop can go through this publication easily and quickly.

Silver Sea Media also organize the seminars, forum with the cooperation of Myanmar Livestock Federation and Myanmar Fishery Federation. During the Covid 19 pandemic, Silver Sea Media organize Myanmar Poultry Conference in December 2020.

FAO Awards

Due to our strong effort for the development of livestock and fishery farmers, Silver Sea Media got the FAO award on 2008. This was jointly given by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation of Union of Myanmar and FAO (Myanmar Representative Office.)

Our Future Goal

By using the information technology, Silver Sea Media will carry on the sharing the information and knowledge by caring to our beloved farmers who are producing protein.
